Name: Naomi Wakaru

Age: 18

Gender: Female and Bisexual

Height:  5'1" (a short pal)

Hair Color: Blue (teal?)

Eye Color: Aqua

Personality:

Naomi is incredibly shy with a big heart. At the beginning of the game, she seems stand offish as she doesn't say anything. But Monkia later informs the player that she actually speaks with a stutter, so she only really talks in length with you if you're close friend/she feels comfortable around you (you get to know her better if you play her route, ect) She has can take a long time to answer a question, but you can tell she chooses her words carefully. Because of this, she is an excellent listener! Comforting her friends is something that she's learnt over time.

If you're really lucky or catch her alone, you could find her humming or laughing.

Hobbies/Interests/Positions in School:

She's an avid drawer, as it dont require much talking or interaction. Her poems are covered in doodles. One of the reasons she joins the Literature Club was to try and work on her communication/social skills. She flys under the radar in the school, trying not attracting attention to herself and the fact that she wears a blazer everyday despite the weather. Gets in trouble with teachers about her shaky handwriting.

Summarized Backstory:

Naomi has been subjected to bullying in the past, which has left her with anxiety and self harm/ self deprecating tendencies. These aren't immanently urgent, but as the game breaks more and more, it becomes evident to the player that something is wrong.

In the first Act, she's quiet and kinda as explained above. If MC become close to her and chooses some right options, a conversation is unlocked where she admits that she has a crush on Yuri, saying that Yuri also nervous but is /also/ self confident and passionate about the things she loves. Naomi admires her for that, it's everything she ever wanted. (plus who dosnt want a tall gf to sweep her off you off ur feet?) If this scenario isn't unlocked, there are several hints about it that you can piece together yourself. She is polite and sweet, listening to everything the mc has to say.

In the Second Act, due to Monika's meddling, her stutter increases substantially, and her hands begin to shake, resulting in her dropping things (a teacup, books, pens ect) On the second day, she come to school wearing a surgical mask, claiming to be sick and not wanting to spread it around the club. At one point, she'll pass you a book, and it'll glitch so that her sleeves are rolled up, revealing old self harm scars. Near the end, she'll ask Yuri out to get a snack from the vending machine with her, presumably to confess her feeling for Yuri.

Shortly after, Monika will offer to go talk to the them. Naomi will rush back in, and confess her love for you. the speech will go something like this, increasing is stutter the longer she talks and words will glitch in and out.

"I love (her) you"

"The way she made me tea, I c-ant, I'm" will be glitched over with "The way y-you make me feel, I can't eh....explain it"

"Everything you say is so amazing, I never want to listen to anybody ever again"

"You're worth the whole bunch put to-together, mc. What... h-how do you feel?

Her death comes no matter what you reply, she'll pull down the mask with a sickening wet, tearing sound, revealing her bottom jaw missing and rows and rows of sharp teeth. Glitchy static jump-scare, Text will appear, from Monika that reads

"Such a shame. I mean, it's absolutely fair, love is every where you look. But still... no.

Doesn't she see how amazing you are? I can't seem to understand.....

......

Oh well"

Trivia

Her favourite book is The Great Gatsby

She does not wear the sweater vest of the uniform.

(I would also like to mention I don't intend for this arch to be in anyway hateful or homophobic. Monika dos not delete Naomi because she's gay and that's bad, but because characters in a dating game falling for somebody who isn't the player is not how things are supposed to go. I hope it didn't come across this way. If you want to discuss/suggest anything hmu!)
